Assumption College of Nursing, A unit of Assumption Hospital Charitable Society, under the auspices of Sacred Heart Sisters of Nirmala Province Mananthavady. It was upgraded to College of Nursing in the year 2022, with an intake of 40 students. It is recognized by Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council, and is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences. The college offer Basic BSc Nursing Programme. Assumption Hospital established in 1976. The Hospital is run by Sacred Heart Sisters of Nirmala Province Mananthavady, inspired by the compassionate love of Jesus. It is a catholic charitable society.
Assumption College of Nursing is attached to Assumption Hospital Sulthan Bathery, a 307 bedded multi-specialty hospital with NABH Pre-Accreditation which provides a wholesome Nursing education to students. We emphasize on value education, intellectual and clinical training of the students so that they can excel in their nursing carrier. We have excellent, experienced faculty in all specialties. College of Nursing has well-furnished class rooms equipped with educational aids and fully advanced laboratories and computer lab. Library is well equipped with sufficient books and journals.
